Porto is definitely worth a visit. The granitic city has a flair of it’s own and is quite appealing for a stroll along the narrow streets that end by the river or along the river until you reach the sea. It is worth a visit to the Port-wine cellars and definitely to the Port-wine Manor-house where you can taste any of the Port-wines perfectly served by a professional cup-bearer.

There is also the Portuguese gastronomy you can taste anywhere in town. For those who like a thriving night life, you have come to the right city: old down-town is alive and kicking with beautiful bars and street events (mostly on the summer).

A Flat in Porto

Well, for this, nothing like a flat fully equipped, where you can feel entirely at home while in the centre of town. Breakfast is when you want it, arriving home just the same; and all you need is there from well equipped kitchen to bedlinen, towels, TV and in many cases Internet.
